2014 AUTUMN CAMP

Week 1 Monday 20/10/14 to Friday 25/10/14

* Easter and Summer Camps start at 10 am and finish at 3pm Monday to Friday.
* Players must pay for the camp in advance, only when payment is received then we can confirm the booking. Places are limited and are confirmed on a first come first served basis. The last day of booking and payment is the friday before the camp starts and will depend on availability.
* Fees are 5,000 KC per player per week or 1,100 KC per player per day.
* Food can be pre ordered in the restaurant before the days training starts. Food and drink is not covered in our fees and is an additional charge to be paid at the restaurant individually. Packed lunches can also be brought by players.
* Autumn Camp starts at 9am and finishes at 2pm every day.
* Players must bring with them

1) Racket (s)
2) Clay court shoes
3) Sun Cream / Sun Hat
4) Money / Food / Drink
5) Change of shoes for restaurant

Tuesday
10.00 – 10.30 Warm up + fitness
10.30 – 12.30 Development of volley, smash and passing shots.
12.00 – 13.00 Lunch
13.00 – 15.00 Singles / Doubles matchplay + fun drills

Wednesday
10.00 – 10.30 Warm up + fitness
10.30 – 12.30 Development of Serve and Return for singles/ doubles
12.30 – 13.00 Lunch
13.00 – 15.00 Tie – Break matchplay and fun drills/ games

Thursday
10.00 – 10.30 Warm up + fitness
10.30 – 12.00 Development of short ball attack and drop shots
12.00 – 13.00 Lunch
13.00 – 15.00 Fun Drills and game based exercises

Friday
10.00 – 10.30 Warm up + fitness
10.30 – 11.30 Recap of week, warm up all strokes.
11.30 – 12.30 Tournament
